Booking terms

Booking and payment

You pay the full price online to confirm your place. Payments go through our secure online checkout. Prices are in euros, per person. Each tour’s calendar shows the dates you can still book.

Weather

Weather in Mauritius changes fast. If your guide decides conditions make the hike unsafe, we will move your booking to another date or tour that suits you.

Changes

To change your date, message us on WhatsApp or by email and we will move your booking to another day if there is space.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour, with a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, the full price is charged and there is no refund.

Fitness and safety

Hiking in Mauritius involves uneven, slippery and steep ground. Please read who each tour is not recommended for, and tell us about any health condition when you book. Follow your guide's instructions at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Private tours

A private tour reserves the departure for your group only. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange one.
