Thomson Adventures ("we") runs this website. This page explains what personal data we collect and why.

What we collect

When you book or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us, such as your hotel for pick-up or health notes. We use it only to run your tour and to contact you about it.

Payments

Bookings and payments are handled by Bókun, our booking provider, and the payment provider you choose at checkout. We receive your booking details and confirmation that you paid. We never see or store your card details.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the guide leading your tour and with service providers we need to run bookings, such as our email and hosting providers.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons, then delete them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing thomsonadventures2022@gmail.com.
